Estate management is my department, so managing properties, tenancies and juggling clients.

Very much so, i enjoy the work environment and the team work which has allowed me to further develop my skills.
Very well, i have university one day a week and i have the 24 month APC training programme once i have graduated from Uni
Regular catch ups with my Apprenticeship outcome Officer and i have the support from my colleagues, whether it be managing workload or asking questions on work.
Regular catch-ups with my AOO allows us to prepare for future events and discuss any issues i may have with my uni modules. This allows me to remain organised and ready for further learning.
As an apprentice within the estate management team, my real estate management degree will allow me to work to a higher standard and provide an exemplary service to our clients.
I have taken part in several careers fair within our local region which has allowed me to promote Savills and further improve on social skills.

Savills offer a lot of support to their apprentices, and i have never felt afraid by the challenges set, as my colleagues are here to help me.
Be yourself and be conscious that they won't expect you to know everything straight off the bat, as the learning process is gradual.
