My role consists of managing sales orders by using systems such as SAP, One Touch and Outlook. I also help out in other areas of work such as being a customers executive which consists of me quoting customers and talking with suppliers to find out specific information related to the Customer.
I have learnt/ developed many new skills whilst being on this Apprenticeship. Such as Organising meetings, Public speaking, Presentation skills and Communication. This Apprenticeship is constantly pushing you to develop and learn new skills.
I am currently really enjoying this Apprenticeship and have a very supportive team.
The program is very well structured and organised, I have a dedicated Line manager, mentor, leaning mentor and consistent sessions with the Apprenticeship lead. Which provide me with plenty of support.
I receive plenty of support with my apprenticeship regarding both work and learning. This is done through regular 121's with my Line manager, mentor, leaning mentor and the Apprenticeship lead. These sessions are great for talking about how I am doing and progression after the apprenticeship.
I get good support with my training provider. They leave you to be independent with your work with is great for me.
My qualification is good for helping me in my role and helps me understand areas that I may not be dealing with directly.
I have been involved in quite a few networking events such as the GTS conference in Heathrow airport. But there are not many social events or consistent sport teams that I know of.
