My day to day role involves; processing customer Purchase Orders whilst working within SLAs, managing Post-Sales order customer queries and invoices, reporting for customers on an overview of their Outstanding Orders and the services we are providing and building powerful partnerships with suppliers to ensure a smooth shipping process.
I have gained skills in Organisation, Communication, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Time Management, Adaptability and Public Speaking
I have really enjoyed the programme and have found it has improved my confidence inside and outside of the workplace.
It is very well structured and I never found myself overwhelmed with coursework and found all tasks fit in well together based on my job role.
A lot of support is provided throughout the programme which I found very useful.

I have found that many skills i learnt during my course i can now apply into my full time roll now i have finished the apprenticeship.
Yes there are many opportunities for social events as well as our own outreach programme in schools, colleges and universities.

I would say don't stress too much if you aren't a technical person, there are many roles around the business that require different skills. i am not technical and i found myself thriving within the inside sales department doing my Business Administration course.
