I place orders for different clients, for both hardware and software. I also complete a daily reports for certain clients on excel. Often I check stock levels and search part codes to see what stock is available.
I have learnt how to better use excel, increase my networking abilities and communication skills.
I really enjoy the program and believe that it has allowed me to progress in many different ways.
I would say that my apprenticeship is very well structured and clear about what the expectations and deadlines are.
I receive lots of support from my employer overall, and they are always open about asking for help or guidance from them.
I receive lots of guidance from Bud, and my training provider is always willing to go the extra mile to help me out.
I feel like the qualification will help me out a lot in my role, especially in terms of communicating in a more formal way.
