I work in the warehouse where I process parts to repairs and other areas using SAP and other systems. I also complete assignment as a part of the apprenticeship side of the job.
I have developed my social skills and have learnt presentation skills as well.
I enjoy most areas of my programme as everyone is very supportive and respectful which helps me enjoy it more.
I think it is very organised and structured.
I receive a lot of support and feel I can ask for support when I feel I need it.
As much as I need and I feel if I ask it will be provided.
I feel they help me feel more confident and willing to do things out of my comfort zone.
Yes, there is things like football and lunch meet ups that are great.
