My role involves answering the phones, emails and any general enquiries which clients may have. I also work at the desk at front of house.
I have learnt a lot of soft skills such as how to communicate properly and how to prioritise my work.
I really enjoy my programme. I have met wonderful people and have learnt a lot from it
The programme is well organized and structured. I constantly have check-in meeting which help me to raise any concerns and it helps me to develop further.
We receive a lot of support. I feel like I can go to anyone for help and they are always more than happy to help out
I believe I receive ok support from my training provider but it could be better. They can be slow to answer messages
It has helped me understand data more which is a crucial part of my role. It has also helped me to further develop my prioritization skills
Yes. We have had a few socials and there are often events which we are able to attend such as gallery walkthroughs which help us to socialise.
Yes
Everyone makes you feel so welcome and are so friendly. They are always happy to help and it is an amazing opportunity. They have different events which you can be included in or learning programmers which help build up your CV. All around a really good place to work.
Try to network as much as possible and get involved in everything you can whether it is an event or a learning opportunity. There is so many opportunities at Christie's which can really help you grow as you enter the workplace. Don't be afraid to ever ask for help.
