I work as an internal communications apprentice. My day to day involves speaking with a variety of departments to create content for the internal business in order to distribute clear and engaging information.
I have developed my confidence level and improved my organisational and communication skills.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme. Christie’s is a hugely supportive environment with the benefit of seeing once in a life time art pieces everyday.
It is very well structured, from providing you with a mentor, buddy, activities with your cohort and quartly learning and development sessions
I have always achieved a large amount of support from Christie’s and my line manager, no matter how big or small the questions.
i receive lots of support with my weekly session with my tutor as well as monthly reviews and 1 on 1s
i feel it helps me exceed in aspects of my role, some areas more than others
