Handling logistical aspects of organizing global training programmes.
Yes, being able to work well both independently and in a team.
I highly enjoy the experience of being able to learn in a professional environment whilst achieving my level 3 CIPD.
The programme is well structured with adequate time being provided for the completion of apprenticeship coursework during work hours. We also have the apprenticeship development programme which is training provided from Christies during the duration of the apprenticeship
A high amount of support is available with colleagues being eager to help and provide their knowledge regarding the industry
Monthly calls to check in on progress and calls with the trainer and my line manager every 12 weeks.
It expands my knowledge of the overall department and helps me understand how my role impacts the rest of the company as well as developing me with knowledge and skills to excel in this field.
Attending networking events such as Christies Lates, Apprentice Socials and working events to network and meet new people.
