Data administration, providing retirement / transfer value quotes, processing deaths of retirement members, creating financial reports such as cashflows etc.
Public speaking, better grammar.
I did really enjoy it, the people are great, and the work/learning side I find quite interesting.
Very well structured, can tell it's been around for a good few years (have also heard from past apprentices how much it has been improved over time).
Lots of support wherever required and even further. Manager was always happy for me to take extra time for apprentice assignments etc.
Lots of support, whether it be extra study time or an official mentor session etc.
Gained lots of knowledge on regulation and legislation and the history of pensions; the boring stuff but all highly benefitted my day-to-day work life.
Lots of socials - even a social team. This provides for great networking and cross-collaboration even between offices.
Yes
A rare workplace in that the people really feel valued and looked after. Nothing bad to say.
Just do it! Once you're in the progression and development is pushed upon you which will exponentially benefit and even excel your career.
