My role at work is taking emergency breakdown calls, once a week i do training for my apprenticeship in customer service.
i have learnt many different skills, i now know how to handle calls and customers and it has also helped my social skills and confidence.
i enjoy my programme as i experience talking to different people everyday, and also learn new things and how to handle different situations.
the programme is very organized as there is always something for us to do and we always balance our work with the apprenticeship
we receive a good amount of support
we receive a great amount of support from our trainer Karen as she always lets us know what needs to be completed and helps us out if needed
it gives me motivation that im not only doing a job role but im also working towards a qualification
Yes
The AA is a great company to get in to as there are a variety of job roles and qualifications to get here as well as doing work at the same time!
