QA aren't very well organised and often communicate thing late. NatWest doesn't have prepared work for us to complete but colleagues are good at involving us on projects.

Yes
The salary is great for an apprentice, there's lots of development opportunities, everyone is very friendly and management seem understanding that you're starting from scratch.
Work hard, show up on time, make an effort.
