I am a customer engineer which involves resolving customers issues with there technological issues
i have gained more customer service skills and developed the ones I already had and was able to gain more technical skills
I enjoyed it very much
it was very organised and had very good structure
I receive a good amount of support from my employer when I needed it
they provided the right amount of support I needed and was always available if i needed more help
I lets me perform in a more confident manor and so I can give the best customer service experience
I believe there are some networking events

because it is a good company to work for
