Providing administrative services to pension companies, updating member records, providing quotes and figures, communicating with members and clients. Calculations of retirement, transfer and death figures
I have built more professional skills and built my confidence in speaking to people I work with and members on the phone. I have also improved my time managing and organising skills
It has been very informative and have enjoyed it as I have received generous support from my colleagues
Fairly structured, began working on simple member tasks and eventually was trained on manual calculations and non-client related tasks. this is split over the 18 month period of the apprenticeship and the training provided has been at the right stages in my career.
