Currently an apprentice studying at college to gain skills for my job role
Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills and been able to develop existing skills. I have learnt things such as CAD and turning as well as build on my electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge
I extremely enjoy being at college and being supported through my learning and gaining skill that will be useful in my career
Clear course structure, although late to join the course there have been steps put in place to ensure nothing is missed
Scheduled contact is kept with employer however support is mainly provided from the college at this stage
Clear targets and goals are set and marks for each week are given to keep track of your performance and progress
We are learning a broad amount of subject matter that will help in many aspects of the role I will be going into
