  • Currently an apprentice studying at college to gain skills for my job role

  • Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills and been able to develop existing skills. I have learnt things such as CAD and turning as well as build on my electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge

  • I extremely enjoy being at college and being supported through my learning and gaining skill that will be useful in my career

  • Clear course structure, although late to join the course there have been steps put in place to ensure nothing is missed

  • Scheduled contact is kept with employer however support is mainly provided from the college at this stage

  • Clear targets and goals are set and marks for each week are given to keep track of your performance and progress

  • We are learning a broad amount of subject matter that will help in many aspects of the role I will be going into
