Problem Management. Running a service for the account I work on. I hold calls with the client, complete tasks, transfer information between other STPS. I am responsibility for collaboration calls and preparing documentations for meetings.
Yes I have completed presentation courses but developed my skills on the job with communication. I have learnt how to manage my time better and been able to take the lead when needed.
Enjoy the work I do though can be challenging. Enjoy working with the majority of my team though can be difficult situations where i step back. I really enjoy the apprenticeship as it has =developed me as a person and given me good working skills.
I feel that my task manager on my account is very supportive and encourages me to take more responsibility. I have taken part in lots of giveback and have been able to promote the scheme externally.
The program is very organized however I feel the courses could be closer together. the courses are fun, interesting and give you lots of knowledge.
The instructors on the course are encouraging us to learn and develop our existing skills. Really enjoyed the courses
IBM give a lot of support with courses, medical and general help. I have a medical condition and all my managers have been supportive and help me get back into the work routine.
Good. I pay rent back at home in Exmoor so it can cost me a lot when I go home and paying rent in Preston however IBM do help with living costs whilst I am renting from my home location. Its difficult with some costs as I live in Exmoor but my base is Manchester which does not make sense but it is just about managable with the support of living cost.
Loads of giveback events which im organizing. Trying to get one experience for a guy to get work experience.
Yes
Its a great scheme and you are learning all the time.
Be yourself.
