  • As I do nights, I have to make sure the hotel is safe and comfortable for our guests, check in and welcome the arrivals, do the night closing administrations including money.

  • Of course! I have learnt way more professional approach methods to our guests.

  • I love this programme especially because my trainer is so amazing and always ready to help me.

  • It is super organised. Gives me plenty of time to prepare myself for each sections as it has been broken down by months.

  • I receive as much support as I want. My manager is always keen to help me about anything.

  • she is the best trainer I could get! She is always free to help me and she motivates me a lot to improve myself!

  • I feel about this training can be a solid first step on my career path.

  • We have monthly meetings with other apprentices and our managers.
