As I do nights, I have to make sure the hotel is safe and comfortable for our guests, check in and welcome the arrivals, do the night closing administrations including money.
Of course! I have learnt way more professional approach methods to our guests.
I love this programme especially because my trainer is so amazing and always ready to help me.
It is super organised. Gives me plenty of time to prepare myself for each sections as it has been broken down by months.
I receive as much support as I want. My manager is always keen to help me about anything.
