  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It challenges you to learn the law, and how to apply this to a role.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is good, took a while for some people to understand, however now I am in the flow of it, it is much easier. The organisation could be slightly better. Especially at the start / first term. Coach allocation from the start would have helped massively.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • Communicate. It's key, even when it feels like you are doing it too much. You are very much left in charge to steer your own career path and the effort you put in = the effort you get out.
