I work in a railway control as a Senior Route Controller, I will be training new entrants into the control center. We are aiming to change the way we train new starters and to provide a better package.
Yes, I have only been on the apprenticeship for a month. I have learnt a lot already and I am finding very interesting.
So far I am enjoying the course.
The course is very structured, I can see the whole of my course online.
Work are helping to support me.
M trainer is always on hand if I need them.
I believe that my qualification will help deliver better training package.
We do partake in corporate sports days, also we can get involved with lots of charity events.
