I complete administrative tasks, ranging from changing basic member details on accounts to calculating illustrations and benefits due to different people
I have learnt new skills relating to pensions admin, like being able to answer the phone, and the job role has further enhanced my confidence and teamwork skills
I enjoy it a lot, as every day there is something different to do
It is well structured, as they give us training on new tasks as and when the time is right
I receive very good support from everyone on the team, which makes everything a lot easier and gives me peace of mind
Typically, they leave us to study for the exams by ourselves, but if we have any questions about the exam material, they are happy to explain some terminology
I wouldn't be able to do my job properly without the support from the team
The office holds occasional social events and sport events too
Yes
It is a good work environment and they are always happy to help if you are stuck
You should have a good basis of knowledge surrounding the finance world, as this will give you a headstart
