  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was good. Some parts were a little boring due to how it was taught by the training provider. Sometimes the way they taught it wasn’t effective. However the majority were good.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helped me gain a foundation level of knowledge. And boost my knowledge. It helped me gain skills quicker than I may of without the course. I don’t think it would’ve made me who I am today without the hands on experience.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Kind of, there are groups such as mental health, women communities and men as well as lgbt. There have been sport charity events in the past and things to get involved with.
