I take calls from clients and deal with changes to their circumstances. this can be several different things but it is all telephony based.
I have learnt about how to develop my speech and tone to help with my work
I think its brilliant. getting some time off work to learn how to work better is a great opportunity
It is very well structured. i always know what i should be doing
An acceptable amount of support from my employer. giving me the day off work to do my apprenticeship. but when i ask for a review it goes slightly unheard
i am given a lot of help when i ask for it.
