I have a really enjoyable work environment with lots of opportunities and extra curricular activities
I have regular check ins with my manager, team, and 4 skills team. They constantly check to see if my workload is suitable as well as if I am comfortable in my working environment. I have bi-weekly calls with my apprenticeship provider to explain any work I will be doing in the coming weeks.
I receive unconditional support especially from the 4 skills team
I receive bi-weekly calls as well as regular replies to any questions i have as well as being explained new tasks very clearly.
