Working on customer data and colleague data to be able to create insights for the business overall, creating dashboards for better experience whenn reporting. Stakehodler management, building requirements and user assessment testing E2E projects
Yes a lot of new skills from stakeholder management to how to work in a project in differing methodologies within work and outside of work
I'd say I am quite nuetral on this. The service from the training provider for the most part was good. The support I received whilst in work was sub-par
Fairly well organised, but needs to be understood that some elements of work can not be done to exact deadlines if the work being done does not match the requirements of the individual peices of work
A little bit mostly to do with what I am working on rather than my apprenticeship overall. I was given time to be able to finish my portfolio peices to make sure that these were in before the deadline
The support I have been provided from my individual tutor was fantasti, the provider overall was hit and miss and didn't always understand me and my needs
It will help me to better perform my role outside of the group as how Lloyds works doesn't map towards the qualification and what we learn all of the time
Professaional networking events twice a year, no further activities other than this
Yes
The bank is a good place to work and has offered me job security up until recently. I think that the group can learn and go forward at pace after the changes that tehy have made
Understand individuals and their position before making any judgements and making decisions in spite
