Very much enjoy the coaching course
I like the independent learning aspect of it and also the comradery with my cohort when it comes to additional support. Their Hub is beneficial in keeping me structured.
I am able to ustilise my 20% otjt as the requirement and my manager is very supportive and prompts me with additional opportunities to enhance knowledge

I've learned more coaching theory to assist with neurodivergence in the business, to support and be the best version of my coaching self.
