My main job is to serve customers who arrive at the hotel, help them with their luggage, check reservations, offer hotel services.
I have learned to better manage your computers, offer a better service to people, manage money, handle personal information.
I enjoy it because I learn more things that contribute to my work
It is well organized since we have virtual classes, feedback and practices within the same course
When I need help it is always given to me
My tutor is always willing to help and explain to me and in general she is very good to teach and very patient
