I am an Area Manager looking after 18 pubs in the South West/South Wales. I work with our partners to ensure the pubs are profitable and to drive sales, standards and guest experience in all of the pubs.
My apprenticeship has helped me develop in my role and assisted me a lot with project management.
My trainer was great and very supportive and I enjoyed the content of the Apprenticeship as well.
It was really well structured.
I received a lot of support.
My training provider was really helpful.
It helps a lot.

Marstons are a great company and are very supportive of their employees. It is great to be able to do a qualification like this for free through my employer and it has helped me immensely in my role at the company.
If you're looking to progress to a higher level then I would definitely try and do an apprenticeship. You'll learn new knowledge, skills and behaviours and will finish with a qualification that will support your progress.
