I manage the unison branch of Basildon council, dealing with member queries and ensuring that the council are adhering to the promises they have made to their staff vi the policies and procedures
I have a better understanding of the HR function and role and it allows me to be able to challenge where things are not being done to standard or HR ethics

very well organised
i am getting support but not as much as i would like but this is due to changes within the council at the present time
a lot of support, they are on hand should i need them
