Yes complex technical skills such as using SQL, testing principles. Plus through university I have learnt Python, Java through the assignments that have been given.
Very much so, I enjoy Capgemini and think the earn whilst you learn philosophy is great.
Very organised/structured, there is a lot of support and guidance for apprenticeships both in work and through university also.
Very good support.
Good support, lecturers are always on hand to answer any questions and we get 22 days study leave a year for assignments which certainly helps when getting the work done.
It allows me to learn technical skills and understand the work I am doing on a day to day basis more thoroughly.
