On a day-to day basis, I handle task such as a inventory managment,coordinating with the other departments,training staff,resolving guest complain,managing a team of housekeeping staff,scheduling their duties, ensuring that all the rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the hight standards.
I have learn new style lidership,to be a good organizator, to have a better communication with other departments,effectly managing time,being able to adapt to changing circumstance.
I would rate my enjoyment as high ,because I see it as an opportunity for growth and development in my career
