I have to overlook the reception and housekeeping if I’m on the morning shift to make sure that it’s being done by the team to the best of their abilities
I have learnt that you need different leadership styles for different people sometimes and having that can make team members happy to work
It was amazing and having a tutor that could see that I’m better talking about the tasks then doing it myself was really nice.
Really good I was before by around 3 months, but with my tutor I managed to get it down to 1 month before completing the apprenticeship
Only a little. I mainly got all the support from my tutor
Lots. Whenever I need a little boost towards something that I was stuck on my tutor came to the rescue.
It has a lot of pros and a few cons, but it’s that fact it got me to the position I am today
There is only a few but I don’t put myself into the activities
Yes
As by doing the apprenticeship you can take the qualifications to other hospitality locations if you every leave Whitbread tesm
