Supporting young people to attain independence and lead a fulfilling life post 18. Safeguarding young people and reporting concerns in line with relaxant safety standards. Conducting regular key work session to educate young people. Supporting young people with education or employment.
I have leant new skills and also developed existing skills in the area of safeguarding young people in line with their risk assessment. In addition, I have also developed skills with respect to using person-centered approach to support young people and the importance of data protection.
I am enjoying my program to a large extent as it is further sharpening my skills and widening my knowledge; enabling me provide adequate support for young people.
My program is very well organized and I’m on track to with my OTJ hours.
