  • Supporting young people to attain independence and lead a fulfilling life post 18. Safeguarding young people and reporting concerns in line with relaxant safety standards. Conducting regular key work session to educate young people. Supporting young people with education or employment.

  • I have leant new skills and also developed existing skills in the area of safeguarding young people in line with their risk assessment. In addition, I have also developed skills with respect to using person-centered approach to support young people and the importance of data protection.

  • I am enjoying my program to a large extent as it is further sharpening my skills and widening my knowledge; enabling me provide adequate support for young people.

  • My program is very well organized and I’m on track to with my OTJ hours.

  • My training provider has excellent support platform which enables me to learn and progress in my apprenticeship.

  • This qualification through my training provider has modules which are tailored to all the areas of support needed to help me progress and become better in my role.

  • Absolutely there are opportunities provided for both staff and young people to engage in activities to aid development of both staff and young people.
