As receptionist you looking after guest from check in at arrival till they depart . Answer emails and phone calls from potential guests. As DHM I am looking after my team by doing the payroll, rota , order consumables and organise day by day work around the clock. A bit of everything
Yes , I did . I started in reception and progressed to a Deputy manager position in just over two years it’s a big step. With my direct superiors in line support and training I grew in confidence. A big part of my development it was of course Apprenticeship program too

My trainer was always helping when I needed, I am not the most experienced on online learning but I receive all support needed
