I am a second line manager who leads a learning and development central administration team to coordinate internal and external training for the organisation. In addition I manage key L&D Projects through to dleivery
Yes! I have gained valuable knowledge in strategy and business. Enhanced my presentation and project management skills along the way.
I love the programme. It has given me the push to further my career and grow in confidence
Generally very well organised. The occasional bump but overall very good and a well balanced programme
Lots! I have been given opportunities to focus on work that supports my university work. My employer has always honoured my on campus days and remained flexible where possible
This university is brilliant for support. The are approachable, flexible and really know their students. I required some support at the start of my 4th year and the provider was amazing
I have no doubt that tis qualification has directly contributed to my recent career progression. Applying new skills and new found confidence

Do it! The organisation offers so many opportunities across many subject areas- ranging from operational to business to marketing. You are never "stuck" in a role if you are open about discussing your development
