I have learnt a huge amount during my time at arup there is a opportunity to learn everyday, building services apprenticeship from level 3 to level 6 has made me a knowledgeable technician and i will soon be an engineer.
I enjoy it a lot, there is always room to learn and grow, there is always new opertunities and i am happy with the programme.
it is very well organised and we have clear structure and plans for our career and apprenticeship.
i am very well supported by every member of the team and the wider arup family, everyone us happy to help.
i am well supported by my training provider we have regular reviews and she is easily contacted by email or teams. she makes herself available for calls when necessary and reviews my work promtley.
i think my degree is helping me get a deeper understanding of my daily tasks at work, for example we learnt how to size cables and protective devices at uni and we use a software at work to do this which is very cool.
there are many social events and sports teams to join for good team building exercises.
