I review the performance of individual & overall sites across the estate. Then, feed this info back to senior departments and leaders to make better decisions with regards to ways they can improve sales or operational performance.
I have developed lots of existing skills, and learned lots of new techniques that will help in my future development.
Coming back to this level of learning was challenging at first, but I have received lots of support and encouragement along the way. This has helped me maintain my passion for learning.
There is lots of course material, but this this is laid out clearly for easy viewing and learning digestion.
As mentioned previously I have received lots of support from my line manager, and there are several peers around the business that I can call upon for help and support also.
Just the right amount. We have had discussions on work submitted and future plans with best practise routes to submissions.
Learning new skills takes time, but when they have an automatic place to be used in a live environment makes them easy to remember.
There are some events to get involved with and I have attended a couple in the past few months.

Having been a part of this company for some time now, I have witnessed lots of changes. From my experience and what's most meaningful to me, the ways of working now allow a real balance of work / home life to be achieved.
As with any company they are looking for the best candidates, be confident in your abilities, knowledgeable and ready to work alongside lots of supportive people.
