The structure seems appropriate and relatively easy to understand and follow

My employer makes time for me to complete my assignments within my working hours and offers themselves to provide witness testimony on a regular basis

Training provider has worked a lot to ensure availability is there to complete qualifications

Building my knowledge base and encouraging me to self analyse my practices help make me a better practitioner

Our residential setting allows us to organise team bonding activities as well as celebratory evenings for good achievements, such as GOOD Ofsted rating

Be prepared that young people are not always accepting of your support, just be sure to show you are not going to give up on them and they will begin to build a trusting relationship with you
