My role on a day-to-day basis includes helping various members and businesses in breakdown situations which can be very stressful for a member but its agents within my apprenticeship and many more that are helping these people.
Some of the new skills I have learnt include public speaking and a whole new level of confidence and awareness.
I enjoy the programme to an extent as I am able to actually make a difference to someone and my actions have consequences not just for me but for someone else as well
The programme is very well organised when it comes to training days we have every week and the meetings we have with our development coach to discuss our progress and any missed training time due to other things in the business we are always able to get that time back.
When it comes to support from my employer I couldn't ask for anything extra as they are always available to ask for any help that I may need and is able to walk me through it if needs be as well
When it comes to support from the training provider we do get a list of what to do within our meetings and is normally available to answer any queries we may have
The work we get from our training provider helps us perform better as we are able to get a better understanding of the customer and the business in general. This means we are able to be suited to the customers needs whatever the situation is.
To my knowledge their isn't any further curricular activities outside of work.
Yes
