I deal with customers daily. On a day to day basis i will do various different tasks which included phone calls to customers along with SMS and emails. Generally this will be end of contract chasing. I will also pick v5's out of the carousels in the morning to dispatch off to dealerships/different departments within the company.
I have learnt many new skills such as phone manner whilst talking to customers and ways of organising my workload. I have developed my communication skills between my colleagues and customers.
I do really enjoy working at MO, everyone is so welcoming and really do help you to strive for your best. And college has been so helpful also.
I work in 3 different departments. VLD admin based then AST which is some customer contact and then AET which is purely customer contact. Which is a nice stepping stone. However i think in VLD there should be opportunities to learn some processes as i spent quite a chunk of time there.
Support that I receive is amazing.
SGS are really helpful and my assessors are always happy to help should there be any questions.
I have had immense support to make sure that I pass my qualification. Extra materials that i may need are provided. And there is many reviews to see how I am getting on and can get feedback on my work.
Yes there are many R&R events, team Mega Lunches and Christmas parties. This allows the team to bond outside of the office.
