Overall the programme has been enjoyable
There could be improvements around regular check-ins from the university on the overall programme
My employer has been supportive in allowing me to work one day a week out of the office
There could be more support. It's very dependant on the individual taking responsibility. Individual lecturers are good but the wider support is poor
I have been debating whether or not to continue into my 4th year and have received feedback that it is not going to make any difference in my career progression. I do, however, feel that it has encouraged a growth mindset
