My role is in customer service dealing directly with the customer
I have developed my English skills. This has helped to naturally develop my written skills just by simply learning how to word emails in a professional manner
I am really enjoying my programe and have received lots of support from my employer and training provider.
I think my programme is very well organised from the start expectations where clear and structure of what to expect for the year ahead was provided as well as on hand support from both the employer and training provider.
My manager is always on hand to reach out to whenever needed
I have scheduled meeting with my training provider to discuss my assignments as well as them being on hand to email whenever I need that extra support
My qualification is helping my have a better understanding of my industry as a whole as it gives me insight into other departments that I do not currently work in
There are various networking events to attend as well as social activities that have been organised within each department
Yes
This is a company that was recommended to me and I have gotten on so well here and receive all the support I need
