    • I have learnt a lot already and I am only half way through! My tutor exceeds expectation and is extremely helpful and encouraging as well as supportive when challenges occur.

    • I enjoy the modules and I also enjoy how resources are available

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Very, smart assessor was a little difficult at first, but she showed me as many times as I needed how to get about it. Very easy once mastered.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Above and beyond. My daughter had an operation in November and they were able to support me and understand why I fell a little behind.

    • Lots of support, plenty of communication and help available

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The qualification will open up doors for me as I can work in a higher, better paid role.

    • Yes we have a breakfast club, a gardening club and a sports club

    • A very nicely constructed apprenticeship with kind supportive staff

    • Be honest. Dont score high on purpose as they are there to help get you to where you desire to be.
