1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Housekeeping- I work in premier inn cleaning the rooms in the hotel. I have to make sure everything is clean and tidy before the next guests stays. I also have to do other various cleaning jobs around the hotel such as vacuuming the corridor or wiping down the handrails in the stairs.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I think I’ve gotten much better at cleaning rooms since I’ve been at premier inn with much more precision and attention to detail.

I really enjoy my program and have learned new things.

Very well organised as there are tasks set to complete with separate dates to help you remember.

Lots of support and always responds if I have any questions

Definitely much easier with a training provider to coach me through the apprenticeship.
