Project management tools, how to engage stakeholders, change management, awareness of self and others, strategy and planning, linking of values, economics and governance in the workplace
It is challenging, you need to be organised, but the challenge is the correct level and there is a lot of support
This can vary between modules, however in general it is very well organised
Employer is very supportive
The support is there always, however the apprentice has to be proactive in accessing - I have no complaints
Report writing skills have increased, an awareness of self and others has increased - how different people operate. How to engage challenging stakeholders, and how to prepare well for a project
There are posters regarding social events however I have never accessed these
