Making schedules to be completed by the team, this varies from monthly schedules or schedules to improve rating scores. Working with external colleagues to increase the portfolio value. Supporting the team with various tasks of collecting information. Responsibility over inputting data into a database and following up with the team for completing the next steps. Participating in meetings, sharing screen, filing documents and making notes.
Writing emails, taking minutes, organisation, time management, communicating with various people, being professional and reacting appropriately in situations
The programme is highly enjoyable. The learning is continuous, with constantly varying workloads. There is a large amount of communication with various people. There is a constant dedication to learning and understanding the workload. There is various opportunities to network with new people.
There is coursework frequently with planned days for studying. The day to day workload varies but there is a weekly and monthly structures which are followed. Tasks are repetitive when certain data is due but the sub tasks vary depending on business demands. The work hours are consistent each week, optional events occur but are advanced planned.
The support is endless. There is career, well being, financial, day to day, and many more versions of support. The company has a strong benefit system which can be personalised to personal needs. There is a strong mentor support system which allows for frequent connections and provides networking with colleagues all across the company.
The training provider provides feedback once a submission is completed. There is an option to email your tutor to review the coursework prior to submission. There is a website with various pieces of information to help with the exam modules.
The qualification allows for a wider understanding of the company. This has allowed for further networking with working with colleagues. The training allows for external work to be completed outside of my role to gain more experience in business administration.
There is strong volunteering opportunities. Frequent networking events occur and varying times of the day. The company has a wide range of contacts which provide external networking events for professional and industry development.

There is a strong support system. No experience is required just a eagerness to learn. They give an endless amount of opportunities professionally.
Have an eagerness to learn. Do not stress by academics or cover letters, they wont be reviewed, they look for a dedication and willingness to learn.
