Support of hardware and software in an IT environment. On site and remote support. Includes Audio Visual troubleshooting.
New hardware and software troubleshooting skills, greater responsibilities. Learning to expand my knowledge within my role but also opportunity to upskill.
Brilliant programme, well supported and thorough support to achieve the grade I hoped for.
Well structured with regards to the learning and knowledge but not as well structured when it comes to deadlines, projects and support in transitioning from apprenticeship/full time role internally.
Manager as learning mentor has been exceptional, allowed to take time away from work if needed to balance apprenticeship learning with my role.
Great support from learning mentor with regards to knowledge and coursework.
Lots of practical experience and application of knowledge. I strongly believe I would not be able to perform sufficiently in my role without the apprenticeship.
Lots of extra curricular and support groups, fundraising as groups and lots of lunchtime activities.
Yes
Brilliant work culture, amazing place if you need support in upskilling and becoming the best version of yourself within a role.
Make sure to be open minded to opportunities, think of the ways in which you would like the organisation to support you and how you can support them.
