very organised, we have set times on our schedule to then be able to complete our NVQ work whilst also handling customers
a lot of support, we have reviews and coaching sessions on anything we need support with
we receive lots of support from our training provider during our NVQ time. she helps us with anything we need help with
we talk about a few subjects that are used and included in our day to day job, which also helps us have a better understanding in the role
