I am a Customer Service Advisor, on a day-to-day basis I answer calls/call customers to help resolve their fault, i log faults/fix faults and raise complaints for customers.
I have learnt to become more confident when speaking to new people, i have learnt more customer service skills such as personal conversations and treat people how you like to be treated.
I love learning alongside working, i enjoy that i can use parts of my everyday work to complete parts of my apprentice work. I enjoy that we all work as a team and do team exercising activities when our Assessor is in.
I believe that out program is structured well with the work that we are completing and that we get 2 days to complete the work for our assessor, for example, we will go through the work one the Wednesday and complete the work on Thursdays.
I think that i receive 100% support from my employer, they help with the apprentice and they help make me feel like i can have a good job as well as learning new things.
Our training provider/assessor is always online/on teams if we need her for any help, she is in 2 days a week for 3 hours each day, my assessor is always giving us feedback on our work in areas we can improve.
I think that it makes me feel more confident when speaking to customers and understanding rules and regulations around customer service, each unit that we do entails different information which relates straight to our job role.
Volunteering days.
