Manage a team of Customer team members along side the other management team, sorting out banking and signing of on legal documents daily. Making sure standards are kept to a high standard and that we are following the rules and regulations.
Learnt a lot about business in genral and developed a better understanding on the retail industry
I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme as I'm pushed out my comfort zone to try new things as well as learning new things daily
My apprenticeship programme is well structured with a breakdown given about what units I need to have completed by a certain time and regular visits whether over teams or face to face with my tutor.
At the start of the programme I got quite a lot of support but then the store manager changed and was left to it on my own; however I have a new store manager now who is very helpful and gives me plenty of support.
I cant fault the training provider. My tutor is very supportive and helpful if I have any questions about the work.
I think it really helps me as its teaching me all about the regulations and legislations that I need to follow and keep an eye on to not only better my own knowledge but so I can pass that knowledge on to the customer team members I manage.
There's no extra curricular activities at work.
Yes
Although I have had a few ups and downs whilst working at this company as a whole they have been really supportive and helpful if I have any problems.
Do your research about the company like when it was founded what it means to be co-op. Co-op is a diverse company who accepts anyone from any sort of background regardless of race sexual orientation ect... so just be yourself and you should be fine
