  • As a funeral service manager I am responsible for the front of house operations, being a role model to colleagues and ensuring we maintain our high standards that we are renown for.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The level 5 management / senior management apprenticeship has been extremely good. I have learnt lots, way too much to go over (learning styles, finance, project management etc). I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to progress into management and further.

  • The programme was very well structured and Nic from Hit Training was superb!

  • I am responsible for ensuring I manage my time effectively. I have been given lots of support to help me through my apprenticeship.

  • Nic from Hit Training has been exceptional in supporting and delivering my apprenticeship.

  • It has reinforced points that I already knew and I have learned lots that I would not normally be exposed to.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?
  • Ensure you are committed to looking after your colleagues, clients and customers and make that your focus. Coop is owned by the members, for the members.
