My role is team manager, as a TM i have to make sure i support my team everyday and i help my team to achieve goals and targets.
Of course, previous to be a Team Manager i was a clerical, totally different role. As a TM i had leant how to manage people, organise work, deal with conflicts, etc...
I'm just at the beginning of my apprenticeship, everything is new so usually I'm excited to learn new things.
So far is good, the themes are clear and the assessor and teaching team are very supportive.
As much as i need, my mentor is always helping me and making sure I'm ok. My shift manager gives as much time as i need to prepare my assignments or do some projects.
My assessor is very supportive and always answer my many questions, its all i really need.
it helps me to get all the information i need to know as TM and what to expect from the role.
